- Check the email address used at checkout for your Stripe receipt and order confirmation.
- Allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment.
- Check spam or promotions folders for confirmation and tracking messages.
What to Include
Send your order number, the name on the order, the hero's name, and a short description of the problem to contact@steel-hearts.org or use our contact form. For a damaged or incorrect bracelet, include a clear photo if possible.
Never email a complete card number, bank account number, password, or government ID.
