SGM Keven James Cleveland (ret) - age 49, passed away on Sunday, September 15th, 2013 at his home in Colorado Springs with his family and friends at his side.

Keven was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He joined the U.S. Army in 1982 after graduating from Austin High School. He retired after almost 30 years as a Green Beret as a SGM with 10th Special Forces Group. Since his retirement in 2010, Keven has been a fulltime real estate agent with Keller Williams Client's Choice.

Keven was a loyal, devoted, compassionate man with a quiet demeanor that commanded respect and admiration from all who knew him. His passion was his family and serving the veteran community of Colorado Springs.

Keven was preceded in death by his father, John Patrick Cleveland and his beloved Grandparents, Ernest and Fay Hills. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Mendy Cleveland, children Heather Navarrette (Sonny) and Tyler Cleveland (Taylor), 3 grandchildren, Natalie, Caleb and Kross and his brother Greg Cleveland (Laura).

He was loved and respected by the many friends he leaves behind.

Proceeds from the sale of SGM Keven J. Cleveland will be donated to a cause chosen by the family.
