Mr. Chase is survived by his wife, a son, a daughter, of the home; his father and step-mother, Charles and E. Chase of Fayetteville; a brother, Robert C. Chase of Hope Mills; and a sister, Carol L. Chase of Florida.

Proceeds from the MSG Charles Dexter Chase Jr. bracelet will be donated to Legacies Alive.
