CW2 Isaac N. Hubenthal was a UH-60 Blackhawk pilot with the Wyoming Army National Guard, A Company, 2-149th Aviators Wyoming Outriders. Isaac was an amazing pilot; charismatic and passionate about his job, and highly skilled at his trade. He was a valued and trusted member of his aviation unit. Just prior to his death, he was close to obtaining Pilot-In-Command status and CW3 rank. He also was pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, while working full-time as an insurance claims adjuster. Isaac was a native of Wyoming and loved living here. He relished deep conversations on many topics, and was quick-witted. He had many interests and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, caring for his Blue Tegu lizard, genealogy, taekwondo and parkour, metal working and woodwork, longbow, and more recently took up snowboarding. He was an avid Mandalorian Mercs Star Wars costume/reenactment member. Isaac loved being a pilot more than anything in this world. He often said he was "living the dream". He was outgoing and friendly- no one was a stranger- and he is missed beyond measure. ~Remember the love.~
