CDT Winey, 21, was among the nine people who died in the training accident involving an overturned LMTV during a flash flood at Fort Hood on the 2nd of June 2016. He was a graduate of Chesterton High School in Chesterton, Indiana and a member of the class of 2018. Be thou at peace Mitchell.
